About SISSEL^® ACADEMY

The SISSEL® ACADEMY was founded a decade ago and stands for first class international fitness and rehabilitation educational programmes led by a global community of experienced Educators.

As Head of SISSEL® ACADEMY, Nina Metternich devotes her time establishing and developing the ACADEMY on an international level. Thanks to her many years of experience in therapy practice and further training, Nina Metternich can draw on in-depth knowledge from the fields of physiotherapy, osteopathy, and Pilates. This enables her to ensure that the trainers are educated at the highest level. The ACADEMY’s mission is to support the high quality training of future Educators and to create exciting and purposeful new workshops for the fitness and health industry of tomorrow.

Deepen your skill set and get inspired by our dedicated workshop formats focusing on the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® and new SISSEL® product developments.

Our diverse course concepts give trainers, therapists, and movement specialists the opportunity to expand their professional knowledge. The SISSEL® ACADEMY workshops permit attendees to dive deeper into the anatomical correlations and core principles of the selected SISSEL® product and includes exercise programmes to support individual and group training and rehabilitation. The courses contain a strong focus on practice based knowledge, thus allowing specialists to directly implement their newly gained know how from the workshop in their personal training or therapy practice.

Each workshop is accompanied by a specially developed workbook, which can be used as a manual for professionals in their daily work. After successfully completing the workshop and the accompanied test, professionals will receive a SISSEL® ACADEMY Certificate.
