I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with expertise in Cycling (RPM), Pilates Mat, and Healthy Back programs. My approach focuses on core strength, functional movement, and injury prevention, helping clients achieve sustainable results while enjoying the process. Since 2020, I have been guiding people toward healthier lifestyles, preparing athletes for the NPC Bikini division, and leading group programs in top fitness clubs including World Class Moscow, Fitness First Dubai, and Stretch.com UAE.
Certified by REPs UAE, I hold international qualifications in Pilates Les Mills, SPINEFITTER® by SISSEL®, and specialized rehabilitation methods. Beyond fitness, I am passionate about modern art, design, and exploring the body–mind connection, which I integrate into my unique training philosophy.
